We were engaged by client to carry out high pressure PU injection grouting to a total of 4 rooms on both level 2 and 3 sliding door floor’s joint water ingress areas to seal up both cracks and joints. On top of that, we also carried out works to apply PU-based waterproofing sealants to properly seal up cracks and joints to stop water ingress on existing aluminium window frame between level 1 and 2 staircase.
Client also engaged our services to fill up the cracks on the kerb on third story balcony perimeter with waterproof sealants.
