High Pressure PU Injection Grouting & Waterproofing Sealant

Client was experiencing water seepage problems from roof. SWC Construction was engage by client to :

• Ensure that all affected flashings, dislodged tiles and cracks are properly sealed up to stop water seepage
• Carry out High Pressure PU Injection Grouting to side yard’s exterior wall cracks that is causing water seepage into room’s parquet flooring
• Install aluminium strainers onto existing gutters to prevent future chokage of the gutters
