Works involved:
1. High pressure PU injection grouting to Level 1 bedroom R.C. ceiling water seepage areas
2. High pressure PU injection grouting to joint between R.C. ceiling and down-pipe water leakage area @ Level 1
3. High pressure PU injection grouting to R.C. wall water seepage area

Like all wet area water leakage scenarios, this house faced water leakage from their R.C. ceiling as well as joint between R.C. ceiling and pipes. This is a straightforward repair using high pressure PU injection grouting to fill up all the cracks and voids found and waterproof the area. There is no need for hacking of wet areas.
