BCA approved polyurethane grouting is a non-invasive method of repair, is mainly used to inject polyurethane grout into concrete wall, roof and other voids using high pressure equipment to seal up the crack. This method is clean, less destructive way to repair the water seepage such as water leaking from the roof, concrete ceiling, balcony, kitchen floor and water seepage at RC wall, piping, cable penetration.
The benefit of using PU grouting is it does not require any hacking and damage of the floor tiles and removing of existing fixture. This is a quick process, less noise pollution, less dust, more cost-effective solution as compared to tradition hacking method of repair.
BCA approved polyurethane grouting high pressure injection method required to locate the crack, seepage, leak repair area or spot. The chemical grout is injected through the nozzle into the crack line using high pressure grout pump. Injection is complete when the excess amount of unreacted grout is observed to appear from the crack. Upon completion these excess grouts are removed and cleaned when it dries up. Nozzle will be removed and filled with relevant filler. Cleaning up and paintwork will complete the work process of using PU Injection grouting to stop the leakage issue.
