There are lots of information on Polyurethane grouting known as PU grouting which is known as a medium in filling and sealing cracks and voids once injected. Polyurethane grout, either a single or multi-component which may require a reactant or react with water is injected under low pressure or adjacent to a concrete area. It is important to ensure the right density, type, and material in conducting a PU injection grouting for each application.

Equipment

Is the equipment properly installed in a manner that waterproofing can be conducted?

Does the foreman/crew understand the equipment needed and used for intended PU grouting works?

When ready, can the equipment be removed without damaging the waterproofing and items nearby?

 

Installation

Is the PU grouting membrane sufficient in rectifying damage area?

Is there any hacking and painting required?

Is there any debris from inserting the packers?

Is the handover of installation and repair work properly done?

Is there any photos taken before and after installations?

 

After-Sales

Is the cleaning properly done?

Is the equipment fully removed?
