Client was experiencing water seepage problems on ceiling slabs. SWC Construction was engaged by client to carry out high pressure PU injection grouting to ensure that all cracks and joints are properly sealed up to stop water seepage. The following are areas where works were carried out:

1. High pressure PU injection grouting to R.C. ceiling slab water leakage area
2. Applied two coats of clear penetrative waterproofing solution to unit above’s kitchen affected tiles to prevent water seepage
