Polyurethane Injection Grouting, Clear Penetrative Treatment (CPT) @ Jalan Layang Layang, Singapore

Works Involved:
High-pressure polyurethane injection grouting
1. To seal gaps and prevent water seepage at

(a) Level 1 carpark driveway, left-side and right-side ceiling slab-and-beam joints above damaged false ceiling.

(b) Level 1 Kitchen island R.C. ceiling seepage above the damaged false ceiling.
Re-grouting and Clear Penetrative Waterproofing Membrane to:
1. Level 2, bedroom shower area.
2. Level 3, master bedroom shower area.

SWC Construction was engaged by the client to:
Seal the gaps and prevent water seepage on the ceiling slab, beam joints and Kitchen ceiling above the damaged false ceiling.
Re-grout and apply the polyurethane waterproofing membrane to the floor surfaces to prevent water seepage.
The client was facing water seepage due to the wear and tear of waterproofing over the years.
