2. Level 1 Study Room – External roof shelter’s flashing joints
3. Level 2 Bedroom – window frames joints and crack

SWC Construction was engaged by client to:

Carry out Polyurethane-based Waterproofing Sealants were redone on living room, study room and level 2 bedroom as water was seeping in through the cracks and joints. Waterproof sealant was applied on areas to stop water ingress.

Client was facing water leakages and cause internal fixtures to be water stain and damaged.
