SWC Construction uses a transparent, penetrative waterproofing chemical solution that is specially made for a non-invasive, no drilling and effective approach to waterproof and ensure water tightness of substrates. The chemicals can penetrate and react with the substrates to create a waterproofed layer and prevent water ingress.
As seen in the video above, half of the sample substrate is treated with our chemical solution while the other half is not. The water repellence and waterproofing properties of the chemical solution can be clearly seen, even a porous substrate can be waterproofed and achieve water tightness.
The penetrative ability of this chemical solution ensures not just surface film forming but also ensure that there is sufficient exposure to the substrate for chemical reactions to take place. The fact that our waterproofing solution is penetrative also allow us to waterproof existing toilets, balconies, rooftops, swimming pools, basements and kitchens effectively without hacking.
