SWC Construction was engaged by the client to: Carry out high-pressure polyurethane injection grouting at their lower unit common toilet ceiling near to drainage pipe area. Re-grout common toilet floor and wall tiles and apply a clear waterproofing membrane to prevent water seepage
The client was facing water leakage to their lower unit due to wear and tear of waterproofing in the bathroom over the years.
