Works Involved: High Pressure Polyurethane (PU) Injection Grouting to:

1. Master bedroom toilet wall
2. Floor joints

Clear Penetrative Waterproofing Membrane to:

1. Floor tiles of Master bedroom toilet

SWC Construction was engaged by the client to: Carry out high-pressure polyurethane injection grouting to the outside of the Master bedroom toilet wall and floor joints of water leakage areas (L-shape) to stop water ingress. Apply two coats of Clear Penetrative Waterproofing solution to the floor files of the Master bedroom toilet. The client was facing water leakage due to wear off over the years.
