1. High Pressure PU Injection Grouting & Waterproofing Sealant
Client was experiencing several water leakage problems at various spots. SWC Construction was engaged by client to carry out high pressure PU injection grouting to ensure that all cracks and joints are properly sealed up to stop water seepage. The following are areas where works were carried out:
1) Level 1 living room wall water leakage areas
2) Basement living hall wall and base of wall’s water seepage areas
3) Car porch’s R.C. ceiling slab’s (below planter box) water leakage areas
4) Level 2 bedroom’s wall (beside window frame) water seepage area
A 45ft boomlift was also provided in order to gain access to main roof’s water leakage area to repair damaged joints between roof flashing and walls with PU-based waterproofing sealants to stop water leakage. PU-based waterproofing sealants were also applied to level 1 sliding door frame’s joint with adjacent walls, lightening conductor cable & electrical socket to properly seal up cracks and joints to stop water ingress.
Client also engaged our services to clean and apply acrylic primer and acrylic waterproofing membrane onto the floor and wall surfaces with a minimum upturn of 300m whenever possible on its existing level 3 balcony area with jacuzzi.
