High-pressure polyurethane injection grouting to stop the water leakage at:
1. Level 1 car porch left side bondek and R.C. beam joint
2. Level 1 car porch right side bondek and R.C. beam joint
SWC Construction was engaged by the client to:
Carry out waterproofing repair work to seal up cracks and joints to stop the water egress.
The client encountered water seepage caused by the gradual deterioration of the seal over an extended period.
