Polyurethane PU Grouting & Clear Penetrative Treatment @ Boscombe Road

Works Involved:

High Pressure Polyurethane (PU) Injection Grouting to:

1. Car porch reinforced concrete (RC) staircase
2. RC slab above ceiling board near pool area
3. Basement garage RC beam and RC ceiling slab
4. Level 2 bedroom wall skirting area

Polyurethane-based Waterproofing Sealants to:

1. Master bedroom – Window frames and sliding door
2. Rooftop RC lift shaft and adjacent flashing joints

Clear Penetrative Treatment (CPT) to:

1. Main door entrance area
2. Staircase leading to entrance area

SWC Construction was engaged by client to:

Carry out High Pressure Polyurethane (PU) Injection Grouting several areas to stop water leakages. Polyurethane-based Waterproofing Sealants were redone on bedroom and roof areas as water was starting to seep in through the joints. Clear Penetrative Treatment (CPT) was applied on areas leading to the main door to prevent water from seeping below into the garage and under the staircase.

Client was facing water leakages after previous works done by another contractor have worn off over the years.
