The condominium’s unit was suffering from water leakage through the toilet’s R.C. ceiling slab. Such water leakages are results of:

1. Cracks in R.C. slab and,

2. Failure in existing Waterproofing System

The reason water leakages occur in concrete substrates must be that both above mentioned factors are present, if either one of the factor is not present there will be no leakage. There are different approaches to tackle a water leakage problem, you can choose to repair the concrete, re-waterproofing the entire toilet, or do both. In this case, we proposed to carry out high pressure PU injection grouting to repair the faults and cracks in the R.C. structure. This form of repair is comparatively cleaner, faster and equally effective as re-waterproofing of the entire toilet.
