SWC Construction was engaged by the client to:
Seal the gaps and prevent water seepage on the lower unit inter-floor leak, RC roof, and roof tiles to stop the water seepage.
The client was facing water seepage due to the wear and tear of waterproofing over the years within the 3 floors.
